InsightRollup is one of a family of broker workbenches on the Insight platform: InsightDealDesk for transaction liability, InsightDueDiligence for insurance diligence on deal targets, InsightRollup for agency acquisitions, InsightProofing for policy checking, InsightPlacement for placement and renewal and InsightAdvocate for claims advocacy. They share a sign-in, a roster, a decision record, Rules Studio and an agent runtime, and they talk to each other through contracts, not copies.

In: who the companies are
InsightPulse 360 is the company-intelligence product. InsightRollup asks it, through a subject-intelligence port, for the target agency's profile, leadership and news (the book intake agent's playbook items), for the agency market's context, and — for client matching — which company a client's website belongs to and who its parent is. Every answer is cited with Pulse's as-of date. Without Pulse configured, an illustrative stand-in answers and is labelled as such, as in every screen on this site.
InsightXtract is the suite's document reader. The data room's search items read document text — for example whether the producer agreements speak to non-solicitation and ownership of expirations — and Xtract is how scanned or complex documents become that text.
Shared: the diligence core
InsightDueDiligence and InsightRollup are built on the same domain-neutral diligence
core: workspace, data room, playbook, cited findings, review and reports. InsightRollup adds the
agency acquisition pack — its document categories, playbook, finding categories, agent
roles, report templates and acquisition controls — and a book check kind whose engines
read the book export.
Out: the book after close
| Product | What it picks up from an acquisition |
|---|---|
| InsightPlacement | The renewal calendar — the policies renewing in the first 90 and 180 days after close — and the business to move from carriers the acquirer is not appointed with. |
| InsightProofing | The policies issued on business moved to new carriers, checked against binder and quote before they reach the client. |
| InsightAdvocate | The acquired clients' open claims, advocated by the acquirer's claims team. |
These are the handoffs the suite is designed around; how much of each is automated depends on which products a broker runs.
For the deal team
One sign-in across the products; the same decision record whichever product a decision was made in.
For IT
Products call each other's APIs through ports (Pulse via the diligence intelligence port); none copies another's code or data.
For corp-dev leadership
An acquisition programme, a placement desk and a policy-checking team can work on one platform.
